Delivery Times and Availability

  • Standard products: The estimated delivery time for standard products is usually 10 to 25 business days from the date of order. However, a more precise delivery time will be communicated after order confirmation.
  • Custom-made products: For custom-made or personalized products, the delivery time will be communicated upon request,as it often varies.
  • Delivery time information: Our customers are usually informed of exact delivery times within 2 business days of placing their order (provided payment has already been made).
  • Stock items: For products in stock, delivery may also take place before the 10th business day.


Shipping Options

  • Delivery by freight: Incoterms ® 2020 DAP - curb side of the specified delivery address (with lift truck).
  • Insurance: Shipping is insured under the CMR-regulation.
  • Pickup: Pickup at the warehouse in Kaltern is also possible upon request.

  • Crane trucks or special vehicles: Deliveries by crane truck or other special vehicles are only available on request and must be discussed before submitting a quote.


Tracking Number and Delivery Note

  • Shortly after the goods have been loaded, you will receive the delivery note and the shipment number from us.
  • Shipment tracking: Please note that tracking details may only become available 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery country or desired flooring not in the shop?

  • If you cannot find your delivery country or desired flooring in the shop, please send us an email with the delivery country, postal code, and a list of the items you require. We will be happy to provide you with a customized offer.


Business Customers

  • Business customers can order flooring products directly from our online shop by adding the desired items to the shopping cart and entering their VAT number and company billing address during checkout.
  • Once your order has been processed, our customer service team will send you an order confirmation in PDF format along with the invoice without sales tax.

Invoicing for Private and Business Customers

  • Both private and business customers will receive a paperless invoice in PDF format directly from our accounting department ([email protected]) via email.
  • Please make sure to enter your correct billing details (name and address) at the time of ordering, as this information will be used to issue the invoice.
  • In Italy, all invoices are submitted electronically to the tax authorities. This means that changes to the invoice (billing name or address) are no longer possible a few hours after dispatch. If a correction is still required, a processing fee of €55 plus VAT will be charged.


How to Properly Receive Your Delivery

  • Immediately remove the outer packaging upon delivery.
  • Check the goods for any visible damage or signs of moisture.
  • If you notice any irregularities, no matter how small, make sure to note "Transport damage" on the delivery slip or the driver's tablet before signing.
  • Ideally, send us an email the following day with photos and a list of the damaged items.
  • Please do not dispose of any damaged items before receiving further instructions.
  • We will forward the damage report to the shipping company and insurance provider for further processing and resolution.


Your Order at Boeden24.com

  • As soon as you place your order via our online shop or based on a quotation, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. This includes a reference number that allows you to track the status of your order at any time.
  • Shipping Costs: These are automatically calculated by the shop once the delivery country and postal code have been entered.
  • Shipping fees include not only transport costs but also charges for delivery notifications by the freight company, handling fees, the first delivery attempt, and possible packaging costs for special formats.
  • Quality: Our online shop exclusively offers A-grade products that have been inspected directly by the manufacturer.
  • Some offers are only valid for a limited time, as stock availability and prices may change regularly.
  • For large orders and business customers, we are happy to provide customized offers.
  • After placing your order, you will automatically receive a notification from our shop containing:
    • your order confirmation
    • a payment request (if not already paid)
  • Online Payment: If you pay via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or another online method, your order will be shipped and delivered as quickly as possible.
  • Bank Transfer: If you choose this payment method, your order will only be prepared for shipment once the payment has been received on our account. This usually takes 2–3 business days after the value date on your account.
  • Confirmation: Once your order is being processed, our customer service team will send you a PDF order confirmation by email.


Oversized Wood Flooring / Special Lengths

  • Important note on oversized formats: Even if these products can be ordered directly via our online shop, they cannot be unloaded with a standard tail lift at your delivery address. This is because their width exceeds the capacity of most tail lift trucks. For large-format tiles or wood planks, you must provide a delivery address where a crane or forklift is available for unloading.
  • This applies to all items with dimensions exceeding 200 cm (2 meters) in length or width.


Cancellation? Returns?

  • Order Cancellation: As long as the goods have not yet been shipped or collected from the warehouse, the order can usually be canceled. Please email us in advance and inquire about the current status of your order.
  • Exceptions: Please note that exceptions may apply. We strongly recommend reviewing our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order. Custom-made or specially manufactured products are generally excluded from return.
